Would you describe yourself as extremely busy? Do you often feel tired and
Stressed? Sometimes our ambition is our worst enemy. Many of us with great
objective of trying to do too much. We spread a mile wide and an inch deep.
We are involved in many different things, but do not excel at anything.
Beware of mediocrity. Most of us want greatness. If this describes you, then you
must prioritize its efforts and adjust your schedule accordingly.
Assess your current schedule. Make a list of everything in your life that takes time.
This includes school, work, extracurricular activities, sleep, eat, study,
exercising, talking on the phone, hanging out with friends, household chores, bathing, etc. List
ALL. Then, enter the number of hours per week for each item you need to do
well. Add up the hours. While there are only 168 hours in a week many of us need
two or three times to accommodate our schedule. This is the stress and

Make your list again, but this time find a way to limit to 168 hours. No

to clean and organize things as an excuse for not working. See what you do that
wastes your time and quit.

6. Identify and avoid distractions. My cat likes to jump on my lap when
work. Some people work with music, but then they start singing. Maybe your
phone rings a lot and always responds. Eliminating these distractions when
you need to do things.

7. Finding a good place to work. See where you're more productive and focused.

8. Organize your work area.

9. Keep clean, flat surfaces.

10.Use an effective filing system. Make sure you know where everything is.

11.Take pit stops. Sometimes taking a break of 5 minutes 60 seconds snack
break breathing can re-energize and improve efficiency.

12.Do more during your most productive hours. Some of us are morning
people while others are night owls. Work during his prime.
